My last score on the quiz was between 2-3 but now its 3.38 which I think is pretty accurate. I'm not really sure why it changed I haven't really seen much of a difference in my attitude except for when I did my journaling experiment. But overall I would say I am happy with my results although they could be a little better I think even seeing the change from the first time to the second shows progress.

My previous score was a 4.10 and went up to a 4.21. I feel that maybe my happiness might have gone up some just because I am calling Za more and being about to see her and talk more. I have also found myself with lots of projects to work on in quarantine and even made some of them my art projects for school. I feel i'm pretty lucky to have such a high score especially in quarantine, even with my anxiety I feel I'm able to try and stay in high spirits.

Jadin, I'm right there with you, sister! I've struggled with generalized anxiety the last several years, and I know exactly what you mean about walking that tight rope during COVID. Ugh, what a drag sometimes! I've found that being able to talk through what's making me feel anxious with friends has been a HUGE help. Glad you've got a shoulder to lean on, and to also have a true friend to show up for, yourself!

Happy Medium, *lol*, we see what you did there! I totally hear you on the stress when thinking about the future. My friend who's a counselor calls it future-thinking, and encourages me to train myself to notice out loud when when I'm doing it: "Ah, future-thinking, there you are!" We all want to be prepared, but perhaps the best place we can be is right here, in this moment or breath. You've got to give your mind a round of applause for trying to think so hard about it, though! : ) #namaste haha

My previous score was a 3.2 and my current score was up to a 4.1. I think that this accurately represents my experience with this project and it matches how I felt then vs now. I have been spending a lot more time outside so that helps my happiness a great deal. I have also been slightly more motivated to finish school work but I am still struggling.

Man, that's quite a jump for just one week! I'm glad that being outdoors is helping you so much--don't stop now. The motivation level is totally understandable. It's important you don't beat yourself up about that. We are in truly uncharted territory, and what's most important is that you're safe and doing what you can to keep others safe. That being said, I like to call what you're referring to as Resistance. And, it's our enemy. It will never not be there with you in your life at some point during the day and everyone with a body experiences it. It has no strength of its own, but we feed it with power by our own fear. Master our fears, and we conquer it. Godspeed.

My score only went from a 2.3 to a 3. I think this basically lines up with how I'm feeling because I don't think that a person can change so significantly so quickly. However, I do think that it is a step in the right direction.

I agree with you, Rio--how much can really be accomplished in a week? I also think that moving that direction in one week is a really great accomplishment and you should be proud of yourself for all the seeds of change you're starting to plant and nurture. Keep at it!

originally i got a 3.07 which is neutral, but surprisingly my score went up to a 3.17 considering I have felt sad this week. I don't know what to take from this, I assumed my score would be about the same if not lower.

I started just below a three at about 2.9/3 and now I am just above at 3/3.2.

At first my score was 2.3 and now my score is 4, my score is different in numbers. I think that my score changed because through all the stuff i learned i figured out a way to be more stress free and happier.
